We’ve been coming here regularly for years, and Amorino is hands down our favorite dessert place in Fort Worth. Love the gelato, gourmet cups, affogatos, crepes, waffles, honestly everything. The staff has always been great throughout this time, and specific shoutout to Justin as he’s been taking care of us for years and always welcomes us back and provides great service!

Absolutely loved my experience at Amorino Gelato in Fort Worth! The gelato is delicious, creamy, and beautifully presented. The flavors are amazing, and the rose-shaped gelato makes it feel extra special. A perfect place for a sweet treat or a date night dessert. The staff is si nice and friendly 🍨✨

Such a great ice cream spot! There are so many flavors to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The milkshake was especially amazing and definitely worth trying! The staff was super friendly, and Justin made our visit even better with his great customer service. You can tell they really care about their customers. Can’t wait to come back! 🍦🥤

My girlfriend and I used to come here on the regular and always had the best experience, but our last visit has us considering never returning. We went in yesterday evening and were "greeted" by a pink-haired guy and a black-haired girl. Because we had a quick question, we decided to order at the counter instead of using the kiosk. Big mistake. We stood there patiently while the employees completely ignored us to clean up behind the counter. When we finally asked for help and ordered, we were forced to stand there awkwardly as they called up group after group before us. When we asked what was going on, we were rudely told, “There’s like six groups in front of you so you have to wait now” all because they prioritized the kiosk line while ignoring us at the register. To make matters worse, we brought a friend who had never been here before. When it was finally our turn, the staff made us feel incredibly rushed and pressured not to sample. The worker was so blatantly annoyed that my friend felt forced to just pick something quickly.
